Registration fees:
There is a siblings discount available of 10% the second child.
There is a non-refundable $50 administrative registration fee.
Full payment is required at the time of registration.
A deposit equivalent to one month’s fees is required at the time of registration. The deposit is held interest free and will be put towards the fees for the month of June or your child’s last month of attendance.
Withdrawal Policy:
In the event you wish to withdraw your child from the program, the Parent must provide Room to Roam with 30 days advanced written notice of withdrawal. If proper notice is not given, the Deposit will be forfeited. (i.e. If the last day of care will be January 31st, notice must be given by January 1st. )

Once the program starts, no refunds will be given for missed class days including cancellations due to weather or other causes. We try very hard to operate in all-weather but there are times when we must cancel due to extreme conditions. Room to Roam is unable to offer make-up days for missed classes.
Upon confirmation of availability for the desired class, the Registration Parent Package will be sent to you for review and completion. Upon completion of the Registration Parent Package, an invoice will be issued along with payment instructions which will complete your child's registration.
